Aram was responsible for preparing and updating the overall and detailed plans. Implement the functioning EVM methodology in collaboration with the Project Controller. Our consultant acted as a team member which includes the fixing of objectives for each period and the reporting of the actual status. Partly due to the efforts of Aram, the project was successfully completed on time and within budget.

De Nieuwe Warmteweg is the name of a pipe which lies across the harbor and the city of Rotterdam. An extra-long heating pipe of 26 kilometers. Extra heat what isn’t used in the harbor goes through the district heating to homes and businesses in the city. Thus, the residual heat can be used in a useful way.
